Welding machine: component units

Excerpt from the operating and maintenance instructions for a German-made welding machine installed on an industrial can-making line.

My translation project from English (the English version has been edited by the German manufacturer) into Polish language.

English language

The machine is made of the following main units:

Sheet storage area with sheet picking device: ensures that the sheets are fed correctly
Pick-up suction cup: picks up the sheet from the storage area
Insertion finger: when the sheet is released, the finger inserts it in the flexer-calendar station
Roller conveyor: picks up the sheet from the insertion finger and carry it to the incising knife.
Incising knife: incises the sheet in the cutting position
Flexing station: flexes the sheet to eliminate any residual tension
Calender unit: calenders the sheet, placing the calendered sheet around the forming device
Curved supports: they support the calendered sheet while it is conveyed to the welding rollers
Sheet chain conveyor: picks up the rounded sheet from accelerating fingers and slowly transports it to the welding unit
Roller cage: gauges the diameter of the can
Welding unit: welds the calendered sheet with two rollers that rotate around their axis
Unloading conveyor: picks up the can from the welding unit and carries it to the outpt

Magazyn z urządzeniem pobierającym arkusze: zapewnia prawidłowe podawanie arkuszy
Przyssawka pobierająca: pobiera arkusze z magazynu

Stacja zgrzewania: zgrzewa kalandrowany arkusz za pomocą dwóch, obracających się dookoła własnej osi rolek
Przenośnik rozładunkowy: odbiera puszkę ze stacji zgrzewania i wyprowadza z maszyny
